A small, private nursing home in the Waterlooville area is currently looking to recruit a Registered Nurse to join their team on part-time nights.
The home offers elderly, dementia and disability care and is fully compliant with all CQC essential standards.
Details of this vacancy and what the successful candidate can expect to receive:
• A permanent contract to work part-time, flexible nights over a 7 day rota
• Very competitive hourly pay rates of up to £19.00, which is equivalent to NHS Band 6 rates of pay
• A friendly and supportive working environment in a well-run home
As Night Nurse, you will manage and implement care for a caseload of residents in the home, ensuring care plans are up to date and meeting both resident needs and legal requirements. You will also safely manage and administer drugs and medications in addition to leading a team of HCAs on shift in the delivery of high-quality care.
What we are looking for in a Night Nurse:
• NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA, Mental Health Nurse/RMN/RMHN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD
• Ideally experienced in a UK nursing home setting
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, proactive approach and committed to delivering the highest standards of care
