We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Executive to join our ever expanding business.
The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for the performance of the CDSL independent repair network as defined by the KPI’s set by the senior management team. The Regional Network Executive will also be responsible for the all work in progress ensuring service providers comply with agreed service levels. Manage service level performance of service providers Manage ongoing WIP (work in progress) to reduce aged jobs within set KPI's Maintain sufficient repair capacity for contracted repair volumes Support both network and service manager with key information for service provider reviews Provide training support for service providers on correct Connections updates Handle inbound / outbound phone calls to the department in line with KPI's Closely monitor non allocated repair jobs ensuring reallocation to appropriate service provider, involving

As a Customer Service Executive you will need: A confident, resourceful and creative individual who can operate in a challenging environment Commitment to high standards of customer care Experience with communicating effectively with a wide range of clients, service providers and customers Competent IT training - Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), email and Internet software Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain discretion at all times
We would be really excited if you have: Experience in providing administrative / management support in an office environment An understanding of the white goods/repair industry AX knowledge Business administration qualification
