Graduates required to work in secondary schools as part of our Future Teachers programme. The future teachers programme was created to provide schools with subject specialist graduates who are looking to go on to a teacher training programme in the future.

If you are an aspiring teacher, we currently work with secondary schools in Trafford, Manchester and Salford who are partners of the Future Teachers programme. If you have a degree in English, Maths, Science, Humanities or Languages you will be able to apply for the programme. Commencing in March and throughout the academic year we will have positions for Graduate Teaching Assistants.

Due to the national shortage of teachers graduates will be given the opportunity to go on to a school direct teacher training programme if provided by the school or will be in a very strong position hen applying for a PGCE through a University.

Highlights of the Future Teachers programme;

**Monthly pay up to GBP1300 paid on a weekly basis

**Excellent opportunity to work within a secondary school prior to commencing a teacher training programme

**Regular CPD and training courses

**Working alongside fully qualified teachers

**Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis

To be eligible for the Future Teachers programme you will need to have a University degree in English, Maths, Science, Humanities or Languages. Additionally you will be required to have suitable work based/educational references, eligibility for a fully enhanced DBS certificate and clear passion for becoming a teacher in the future.
