Responsible for achieving volume sales targets, managing costs and optimising revenue generated from pitches across a park through planning and implementation of a utilisation and commercial strategy, holiday home sales margin control and the park subject matter expert on finance related topics. A key part of the General Managers senior team the Head of Holiday Home Revenue is a dynamic leader capable of coaching and leading a team of sales advisors but also aligns with the companies strategies and goals which are heavily lined up to achieving customer satisfaction and great NPS.
Plans and executes the park pitch and site fee optimisation strategy.
Leads and coaches a team of Sales Advisors to have the skills, knowledge and experience to achieve the required rate of sales lead conversion. Ensures volume of sales meets budgetary requirements through effective performance management of team.
Ensures Owner lettings is managed in-line with the pitch strategy to enable maximisation of holiday availability. Ensures lettings requirements are communicated and achieved by the wider park teams.
Manages all sales finance administration, ensuring purchase finance processes remain compliant with internal policy and regulatory requirements.
Manages site fee administration and debt recovery processes.
Develops and maintains a strong talent pipeline and succession plan.
Acts as the subject matter expert in own field. Manages complex data and information to influence decision making across park departments and central functions.
