The role:


We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator and competent computer user to join our Systems team.

You will be responsible for making sure that system maintenance and other tasks requiring manual processing are successfully completed each day. Ensuring that the processes used to carry out these activities are documented and regularly reviewed, with an eye to continually improve our processes.

Also, you will be responsible for coordinating tasks with other members of the BSS team and the wider Pelican Business, ie Cash Office and Finance, to make sure these tasks have been successfully preformed, as well as keeping scheduled plans current and up to date. Regularly engaging with our customers (internal and external) to guarantee that we are always providing them with the best possible experience and service.

About you:


We are looking for a Technical Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis for 10 months to provide maternity cover.


As Technical Administrator you will assume responsibility for ensuring that system maintenance and other tasks requiring manual processing are successfully completed each day. You will also play a key role in reviewing our existing processes, identifying process improvements and adding them to our new process management system (Promapp).


You will be an experienced administrator with excellent organisational and communication skills and high attention to detail. You are a confident computer user, with experience of using Microsoft Office 365 and other business applications. You have experience of documenting and developing business processes and implementing or suggesting measurable improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
