Monarch Education are currently recruiting a Part-time Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to work in an Alternative Provision School for pupils with Social, Emotional & Mental Health Difficulties for KS4 pupils, close to the Centre of Bristol.

The school strives to provide personalised, flexible and innovative education & learning that is centred around the needs of each individual pupil, to enable them to overcome barriers to learning & equip them with the skills that they need to succeed and progress, whether this be returning to mainstream education, or progressing on to post 16 study, an apprenticeship or employment.

It adopts an inclusive, preventative, proactive & personalised approach to learning & works in partnership with local schools, councils, parents, carers & local employers to inspire & motivate its pupils.

The school has a great team ethos where staff work together to create a positive & engaging learning environment, although this can sometimes be challenging it is a rewarding school to work in, where all pupils have the opportunity to learn and develop in all aspects of their social development & their education.

They are now looking for a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant that want to be a part of creating a positive & engaging educational environment, whilst supporting pupils with their Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs to enable them to reach their full potential.

The right candidate for this role will:
