Co-ordinate and maintain oversight of the Retail Transformation business cases - become the central point of contact for these business cases both internally within Retail, and the wider business (eg UK Change, Finance etc)
Co-ordinate the business case revisions, integrating both the Simplification and longer-term strategic outcomes
Working with key business leads/SME's to ensure the scope, key deliverables, and non-IT costs and benefits are clearly detailed and understood
Work with the IT team to clearly understand the effort, sequencing and cost to deliver the outcomes required
Establish best route to delivery working with both IT and business stakeholders to ensure in-budget delivery
Act as the connection point between the business leads, business delivery and IT delivery, where required, to problem solve and agree the path forward
Work closely with Jon Stout from an Insurance PM perspective to track and monitor the business/IT key milestones within Antura, as well as validating actuals for both investment and benefit realised
Understand the dynamics of the business cases so, should any re-phasing be required, the required analysis can be completed with associated risks/impacts known
Create any required reporting and commentary for the UK Portfolio Office, Retail Change Board and UK Change Board
Support internal comms with sharing updates on key deliverables/progress/roadmap
Support with key Retail updates and deliverables to the UK Strategy team/UK CEO office including preparation of the first draft for:
Monthly Retail MC update, including operational summary
Quarterly Retail update for UK Board update
Provide updates on Retail strategic roadmap
Any ad hoc Retail reporting required from the Retail Exec MD, UK and or Group
Ideal Candidate:
Will have experience with workstream
Someone who can drive decisions
Someone who can focus on the service elements
Ideally coming from an Insurance, Financial Services or Regulatory background
