  • Developing students’ academic, emotional and social ability

  • Psychology Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Person specification:

  • Minimum 2:1 Psychology subject degree
  • Strong academic background
  • Extensive degree subject knowledge
  • Passionate about supporting students with additional behavioural needs
  • Supportive and motivating attitude
  • Ability to deal with challenging behaviour
  • Intent on progressing into SEN based teaching career
