Delivery Manager- Traineeships and Employability

This Training Provider has ambitious plans for growth over the next five years and as a result of growth, this Training Provider is now recruiting an experienced Manager to join their Employability Learning and Traineeship division

This Employability and Traineeship Manager will manage a small delivery team alongside supporting the Quality Assurance of the division.
This is a great opportunity as the Traineeship Programme is due to start in February 2021 so you will be involved right at the start and be influential in the implementation, delivery, and success of the overall programme.
As Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the operation, performance, management, and quality of the training provision for Employability and Traineeship learning Programmes
Typical duties for the Traineeship /Employability Manager will include:
Oversee the setup and running of the Traineeship and other pre-employment initiatives
Managing learners' achievements within the Pre-employment and Traineeship division.
Managing the performance of trainers, supporting and motivating them to succeed
To oversee the management of resources in the Traineeship and Pre-employment division.
To manage the planning and delivery of the activities
To manage the effective induction of learners onto their course including access to appropriate Initial Diagnostic Assessments
To achieve agreed targets and performance indicators across all areas of responsibility
To support quality assurance and improvement within the Pre-employment and Traineeship division, including any lesson observations, self-assessment reports, and quality improvement plans.
To manage the overall learner experience ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction for all learners
Ensuring that the targets for the improvement in the quality of teaching, learning, and attainment for the Traineeship and Pre-employment division are achieved
To manage the achievement of all Performance Targets (e.g. recruitment, retention, and achievement targets for learners).
To support delivery and lead by example through outstanding teaching and assessment
Skills, Experience, and Knowledge required for the Operations Manager- Employability
Demonstrate a proven track record of effective leadership, including the management of delivery teams within an educational setting.
Hold a recognised Teaching Qualification such as PTLLS, Award in Education and Training, alongside Functional Skills L2 in Maths and English or equivalent
Broad-based knowledge and experience within Traineeship and Unemployed Learning(Employability)
Experience in managing budgets and delivering on time to cost and quality requirements.
A comprehensive understanding and experience of Ofsted requirements, the inspection framework, and the latest changes
Understanding and experience of Curriculum Development
Successful track record and knowledge of managing online and blended learning programs
