Graduate Primary SEN Support Mentor – Person Specification
We are looking for a graduate who has a 2:1 or above degree in ideally Psychology, other subjects will be considered if you have experience with SEN/children. This role is perfect for someone who has studied modules on Autism, ADHD and behaviour. This is your chance to put this knowledge into practise! The successful graduate will be a patient and resilient person who can empathise and adapt to the child’s needs.

This exciting opportunity will see you join this schools dynamic inclusion team. You will support children who may have complex needs and behaviour difficulties. This school have a large SEN provision and there are excellent resources for you to use. The experienced SENCo will assist you in implementing strategies to support the child within the class.
