We are working closely with a ‘Good’ Primary school in Prestwich (M25) who are looking to continue to improve the standard of education across the whole school.
Highlights of the role:
There has been a particular focus on SEN and inclusion with a new project set up by the school SENCO being the main focus of this. As a result, the school are looking to add a Psychology or Education Studies graduate to their inclusion team to work as an SEN teaching assistant to start immediately.
Ideally, the incoming teaching assistant will be enthusiastic graduate who is looking to make a career out of education/teaching. If you have a strong academic background and ideally have experience of working as a teaching assistant in a primary school previously or have experience of working with disadvantaged or SEN children. Graduates with school or child-based experience would be desirable however not essential. If you are looking to complete a PGCE or further your career into teaching, this would be a great opportunity for you!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
