About the role:
In this role as a Graduate Academic Coach, you will work specifically with targeted pupils who are entitled to additional funding due to socio-economic circumstances. The role will see you create and lead your own lessons and curriculum projects. You will engage with students in small groups as well as on a 1:1 basis, helping them to work towards their individual learning objectives. You will receive ongoing support from the senior leadership team from day one and will receive development and training.
About you:
As a Graduate Academic Coach, you will need to be an excellent communicator who can adapt their engagement methods to suit the needs of varying aptitudes and abilities. You will need to be a patient and understanding individual who can show resilience and adaptability.
