Position: German speaking Customer Service Advisor
Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire
Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 Dependent on experience
Benefits: 33 days holiday per year, car parking, employee discounts.
Hours: Daytime shift, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
My client is a fashion retailer with international sales, they are enjoying great success and are growing year on year. Due to expansion they are now seeking experienced German speaking customer service adivsors to join their friendly and supportive team.

German speaking Customer Service Advisor in Leicestershire key duties will include:
* Dealing with German customer queries on the phone and via emails
* Assisting with product advice
* Processing of orders, returns and exchanges
* Offering the high service levels
* Providing an informative, friendly and professional service
German speaking Customer Service Advisor in Leicestershire skills and experience required:
* Fluent German, spoken and written
* Customer service experience
* Call centre experience is preferred
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to engage with different personalities
* Excellent listening skills and a thoughtful, considered approach to all customer calls
* Good levels of literacy and numeracy
* Experience of using CRM systems
* Must be able to work day time shift Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
