This is a fantastic opportunity for any aspiring teacher to kick-start their career in education starting ASAP by undertaking a support role in core subject departments: English, Maths and Science or Primary School classrooms. Our schools are very keen to develop raw talent and they are looking for exceptional graduates keen to kick-start their careers in education. Full training and development will be given and you will have the chance to participate in a ‘pupil impact report’ which will track the progress of your pupils very closely meaning you will have a portfolio of evidence of your work to support your career progression.
To be successful in this role, you will be an exceptional graduate (2:1 or above – 2:2s will be considered for maths, chemistry, biology, physics) with strong A levels and GCSEs. Ideally you will have demonstrable experience working or volunteering with young people. You will have a genuine commitment to pursuing a career in education and be excited at the prospect of school-based teacher training. You will have the drive and resilience to make a positive impact to students’ lives and be committed long-term to this role.
