Part Time Circa. 24 Hours Per Week


12 Month Contract


My client is a manufacturing organisation based in West Lothian. They have an immediate requirement for an experienced Quality Administrator to support them on a contract basis estimated to last 12 months.


Responsibilities will include:



  • Maintain the Quality Management System to meet ISO Standards

  • Maintain the document control register to ensure all documents are current and have correct approval status and their review date is maintained

  • Assist with internal audit program

  • Ensure training matrix is up to date and maintained

  • Co-ordinate any Regulatory updates as advised

  • Maintain customer feedback/complaints log and co-ordinate actions


  • To be considered for this position, candidates should have the following background and skills:



  • Previous experience of working in a Quality &/or Technical Document Control Coordinator/Officer/Administrator position.

  • Experience of maintain QMS systems.

  • Ideally you will have experience of ISO Standards.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and organisation skills.
