  • To be considered for this SEN Learning Support Assistant opportunity you must have the following:

  • 1st or 2:1 degree – Russell Group (preferable) in psychology or a core subject
  • A passion to support others
  • Prior school, education or tutoring experience would be preferred
  • Strong behaviour management
  • To be considered for this role you must be a graduate with a passion for Special Needs and will be supportive and caring with a "firm but fair" approach. The SLT want to see graduates with the ambition to become Educational Psychologists, Child Psychologists or Teachers and are keen to build relevant experience in a paid role providing support on a 1:1 basis with a child who has autism and communication difficulties.

    A strong degree and a passion for education are vital ingredients for this school who would fully support the successful graduate throughout their placement at the school. In this role as an SEN Learning Support Assistant role you should be able to work with a range of pupils with mild to severe learning difficulties to ensure the quality of their education is of a high standard.
