Classes are typically 8-12 in size and the children flourish in the close-knit environment and never cease to amaze the school with their fantastic achievements year on year. As a Graduate SEN Learning Mentor you will be welcomed in by the schools' hard-working team and will be looked after by the current SENCO who will ensure you are comfortable in your role. You will be expected to work 1:1 with children who have learning difficulties to help them concentrate and get their work done to the best of their ability. You will be expected to enthuse and excite students when it comes to discussing learning topics and will provide an excellent classroom experience for the children in the school.
