Whilst due to Covid-19, all PUMA UK staff members are working from home, ultimately you will need to be based within communtable distance to South Bank London.

Responsible for the coordination and implementation of a broad range of Marketing activity for the PUMA Sportstyle Trade function in the UK&I. Working cross-functionally with multiple depts in the business (such as Sales, Merch and Accounts), this role will see exposure to a variety of disciplines including but not limited to; retailer account support, product seeding and gifting, event assisting, office administration, influencer management, content creation.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth management of the Sportstyle Trade department, servicing requests for the team as directed by the Sportstyle Trade Marketing Manager and Sportstyle Junior Trade Marketing Manager.
  • To support with general retailer account management across our key wholesale partners
  • Develop high performing relationships with internal functions (such as Sales, Merchandising), retailer accounts, ambassadors & external agencies.
  • Assisting in the delivery of events and activations, physical and digital.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities across the Sportstyle team (e.g. supporting with internal team comms, organising meetings, reports, updating documents and presentations, invoices, office/ stock room housekeeping).
  • Manage the distribution of Global communications to all retailer account contacts.
  • Manage monthly competitive research and circulation of findings, including undertaking store visits.
  • To assist with seasonal updates including Marketing overviews, product launch road maps, sell-in documents, campaign evaluations and analysis.
  • To manage product orders for Marketing activity such as photo shoots, seeding, staff uniform.


Essential Skills

Applicants will have completed a marketing related course, ideally with a focus on retail, fashion or sports. You must be commercially aware, possessing a good knowledge of the sportswear/ streetwear/ fashion landscapes and trends. You must be able to demonstrate a keen interest in sport and sportswear which will be evidenced by blogging, relevant projects or work experience. Knowledge and experiences of social media and digital channels is required. A confident communicator, with strong networking skills and the ability to assertively express your ideas, you will be able to interact well in a lively team. As being able to successfully build relationships with internal and external stakeholders is crucial for this role, you will have strong personal skills. Through study, placements and / or relevant work experience, you will have developed planning and organisation skills, together with the ability to solve problems creatively and use your initiative in ambiguous and pressured situations. You will have a good working knowledge of the MS office suite and be proficient in social media platforms, as well as the ability to use Adobe Creative platforms.? You will be a team player who is able to manage your own workload and effectively prioritise. Finally, you will be creative and culturally aware, and have a strong desire to make a difference for a global market leader.
