Job Title: AAT Tutor
Location: Classroom Based - between Berkshire and Hertfordshire at 2 training sites
Mileage paid from home for all travel - plus excellent benefits package
Salary: £33,000 - £37,000
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Essential Criteria:
Minimum of a Level 3 Teaching qualification (PTLLS/AET or equivalent).
Experience of delivering AAT courses up to Level 3 and 4 in a classroom based setting.
Must hold occupational competency within Accountancy, along with own Level 3 and/or Level 4 AAT Qualifications.
Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel between the 2 training sites.
Duties:
Deliver AAT (Accountancy) Qualifications / Apprenticeships at Level 3 and 4, to learners in a classroom based setting.
Prepare, plan and deliver quality learning by adapting course material and designing lesson plans and schemes of work to make training engaging and unique.
Ensure timely and accurate completions in line with company procedures and timescales.
Invigilate tests and provide guidance, support and encouragement to learners throughout their journey.
Provide progress feedback to learners/employers and provide support to ensure they meet their set goal / target.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.

Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.
Organisational skills.
