Teaching Personnel are looking for Teacher and TAs to work in Primary Schools in Brighton and Hove

Following the COVID 19 Crisis, many children will require additional support in the Summer Term (both academically an emotionally) to help with the transition back into the classroom. Teaching Personnel have kept on working hard throughout lockdown, providing furlough for our registered teachers and TAs and supporting our schools across East Sussex and Brighton and Hove. We are looking for Teaching Assistants and Tutors to join our mission in ensuring children receive the support they deserve from people who are as passionate as us about education.

We are recruiting for the following roles:

• Day to day supply teachers
• SEN support in mainstream schools
• 1:1 intervention roles e.g. SATs support, booster sessions, numeracy/literacy support
• Intervention and Booster teachers to teach September catch-up programmes

Do you have….

• UK QTS or equivalent?
• A desire to make a difference as we return to a 'new normal'?
• A passion for teaching children who are vulnerable and/or from disadvantaged backgrounds?
• An enhanced, Child Only DBS on the Update Service? (Desired but not essential at this stage)
• A strong sense of empathy with a patient and understanding approach?
• A genuine passion to help children from all backgrounds to achieve their very best?
• Experience teaching children with Special Educational Needs?

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
