PHP Developer (OOP, JavaScript, MVC)
Liverpool - Commutable from Chester, Birkenhead, St Helens, Wigan, Warrington, Northwich and Southport.
£20,000 - £27,000 + benefits, depending on experience.
A rapidly growing leader in the music industry are looking for a PHP developer to join the expanding team. They are looking to transfer outsourced projects to in-house, meaning there is an opportunity for an ambitious, driven, and skilful developer to join the team in their mission to deliver scalable projects.
With 4 developers at the helm currently, this software organisation are looking for an individual with knowledge of OOP. You may be a University graduate with good OOP skills and looking for your first commercial PHP developer role. On the other hand, you may have up to 3 years of commercial experience within object orientated PHP but want a new challenge with a chance to learn new systems in the music business.
In this role, you will have the chance to progress, with expansion plans in place to allow you to run your own development team on certain projects, to eventually give you exposure to mentorship responsibilities whilst remaining hands on with coding.
What do I need to be a good fit?
Object orientated programming knowledge/experience
PHP experience (in university or commercially)
An understanding of JavaScript technologies (they are using Vue.JS currently)What other skills would benefit my application?
Database skills in MySQL
Rest API's
Have used an MVC framework such as Laravel, CodeIgniter or Symfony etc.
