Salary: Basic salary of £25,000 with OTE of £35,000

A highly confident and capable communicator, a successful applicant will be able to build, develop and maintain relationships with ease whilst also relishing the opportunity to communicate with figures of varying levels of seniority across the manufacturing sector.

Regularly identify new potential clients and proactively execute on customer outreach
Undertake extensive market research in order to identify new opportunities and establish new leads across the reading area
Elicit warm conversations with prospects that tend to any fears or concerns that they might have
Manage and build a strong rapport with existing relationships and accounts in order to facilitate retention Candidate requirements:Educated to degree level
Exceptional communications skills across a variety of channels
Full UK Driver’s licence
