English Graduate Teaching Assistant
This is a lovely school in Harpenden where the Senior Leadership Team are incredibly supportive and place great importance of staff wellbeing, training & development. Progression opportunities are limitless in this school. An example of this is somebody who started as a teaching assistant in the school and is now an Assistant Head.
To be successful in this role, you will be an exceptional graduate with strong A levels and GCSEs. Ideally you will have demonstrable experience working or volunteering with young people. You will have the drive and resilience to make a positive impact to students’ lives and be committed long-term to this role. A genuine interest in pursuing a career in teaching through school-based teacher training is essential!
