About the role
Do you want to be part of a team of IT professionals who are shaping the future of how National Grid leverages technology in a fast-changing energy market? Join our Infrastructure and Operations team on our 18-month Graduate Programme where you could have the opportunity to be involved in the design, plan, build and management of all underlying technology infrastructure (end user, compute, data storage and connectivity) that enables National Grid to meet our internal needs and the needs of our customers.
We have opportunities in both our Cloud & Hosting and End User Support teams. These roles would suit self-motivated Graduates who enjoy the technical aspects of IT and have the ability to work successfully with a wide range of people across the company and in partner organisations. If you have a problem-solving mindset and enjoy process improvement, this could be the role for you.
What you'll need
As one of our Graduates, you’ll have the chance to start putting your studies into practice. You’ll need to be curious and proactive. Ask questions. Be interested. Along with a 2.1 Degree classification in one of the following disciplines:

IT

We’re proud to offer a competitive salary of £28,709 (Bachelors) OR £29,753 (Masters)
This opportunity will be based at our National Grid House, Warwick site .
