Roles & responsibilities:
- Should be responsible for entire engagement and Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries, concerns and Escalations.
- To ensure that integrity of the project is maintained, focusing on internal consistency and compliance to standards and processes.
- Responsible for Quarterly and Monthly Governance with customer.
- Manage program communications and executive reporting.
- Responsible for preparation and delivery of all monthly reports relating to the services being delivered.
- Conduct regular project status meetings.
- To establish relationships across the customers CIO organization.
- Manage finance and budgets, determine way to reduce cost and improve service availability.
- Identification of risk which affects program/project deliverables and follow through mitigation and resolution.
- Meet organizational performance metrics and drive DMI.
- Good knowledge on Wipro delivery specific process, tools and adherence - ReAP, RR Portal, Confluence etc.
- Overall responsibility for delivery of the SOW and SLA.
- Provide strategic and tactical recommendations in relation to technology related issues.
- Should have experience in managing infrastructure projects.
- Should have understanding and knowledge of the principles and methodologies associated with program management, vendor management, quality assurance metrics and techniques.
- Drive hyper automation in the account.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction survey outcomes, COD, account mining.
- Make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations.
- Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.
