Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
Recruitment Consultant Salary + Benefits: 25k base salary (dependent on experience)+ uncapped commission. OTE Year 1 40k Year 2 80k Year 3 110k. All Recruitment Consultants who achieve their targets will be taken on all expenses monthly lunch clubs to Top London restaurants and the annual company all expenses trip abroad (Monte Carlo for 2013). Recruitment Consultants will also receive bonuses, generous holiday allowance, fast career progression and full career progression by some of the best recruitment consultants in the market.
The Role of a Recruitment Consultant:SELL SELL SELL- that is what a Recruitment Consultant does! This is a tough, challenging role which involves hitting your sales targets. You will need to build up your own desk of clients through cold-calling! 99% of this role involves selling over the phone! You will be expected to source candidates through head-hunting, advertising, networking and using the companies database. This role involves using negotiation and selling skills to make yourself and the company as much money as possible!

Since then they have built up an excellent client list in IT Recruitment and provide top people to clients such as Apple, Microsoft and IBM. They offer an excellent training programme for all Recruitment Consultants and aim to be the Top IT Recruitment Consultancy in the UK by the end of 2014. They also have offices in America, Australia and in various locations across Europe. They are now looking for 2 hard-working, driven Recruitment Consultants to join and help grow their business even further.
The ideal Recruitment Consultant:My client is looking for people who posses the following qualities:
-Have worked in sales for at least 6 months e.g, estate agency, IT reselling, telesales, recruitment consultancy
-Able to demonstrate when they have been money motivated, resilient and competitive
-Able to articulate where their money motivation comes from
-Have researched the role of a Recruitment Consultant
