Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Candidate Delivery – London - £20-25k + double OTE
Are you looking to get into the wonderful world of recruitment? Are you looking for a company that will give you all the skills you need to succeed and build a career? Are you looking to have fun and enjoy the place you work? Are you willing to work hard and push your self out of your comfort zone?
If you answer yes to all the above, then I would love to speak to you as I am currently looking for 2 Deliver Managers to join Energon.
Our Delivery Managers purely focused on acquiring the best possible candidates in the JavaScript market and delivering these to our customers which include a wide range of household names. This is still a sales role, just because you are working on the candidate side of the fence it does not mean you don’t need to sell. It will be your job to get out there in the big wide world (well, from your laptop at the moment with covid, deerrhhh… ) and attract the best candidates by informing and educating them on our offerings and the positions we have to on offer.
You will have several positions to work on from day one. Meaning you have the chance to earn commission from day one! That’s what everyone gets into recruitment for, right? I know I did!
We recruit into the JavaScript space which is a highly lucrative sector. Almost every tech company out there will now use JavaScript in one way or another! All our Delivery Managers are required to get to grips with JavaScript so you can conduct highly intelligent conversations with the candidates you are approaching. This really sets us apart from the rest. Don’t worry, we can show you the ropes. But you must be willing to take things further on your own. If tech doesn’t interest you then this might not be the place for you.
What the hell is JavaScript….?
In essence, JavaScript is a scripting language used to create and control dynamic website content. So that covers anything that moves, refreshes, or otherwise changes on your screen without requiring you to manually reload a web page.
Great examples of JavaScript in action are when your Facebook timeline automatically updates on your screen or when Google suggests search terms based on a few letters you’ve started typing. These web features are just the tip of the iceberg in terms of what JavaScript can do.
