Part-time Project Coordinator Intern

RETAIL CIRCLE is a Digital Retail Startup based in Vauxhall SouthWest London. We are developing a tool for employees of the Luxury stores to connect to a vast network of Hign Net Worth Individual as well as other private members of the App worldwide to purchase rare luxury goods. As a Part-time Project Coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for assisting with project organization and the completion of various daily tasks a Startup could need to ensure the velocity of our Web-App development. Your role will also involve developing products range for social media influencers, finding of suppliers for production & packaging supplies and negotiate services if necessary.

20 - 30 hours per week
Between £500 and £750 Per Month

What are you going to do:

Organisation & Administration:

  • Assist with the internal business organization with the mindset of a personal assistant to ensure office efficiency.
  • Standardize documents & data; internal company documents, product inventory, client portfolios, specification sheets, organizational charts, PowerPoint presentation etc, in Excel and Salesforce.
  • Develop company Stationary kit
  • Develop user guides, digital starter kit and training materials for future new company starters.
  • Assist with shipping of our products to international clients

 

Digital & Web

  • Participate in the development of the company’s Website & new software
  • Define the client's segmentation profiles
  • Define the client's marketing journey
  • Define client's contactability rules in the app
  • Research competitor's web or app to propose new product implementation and strategies

 

Business development

  • Research collaborations with influencers and artists 
  • Imagine and find suppliers for our lifestyle products dedicated to being gifted to influencers and VIP clients
  • Organise the launch of our "Founder members"
  • Forecast and monitor the ROI of the launch
  • Be responsible for the coordination  on WhatsApp and sometimes outbound sales calls to our members or suppliers
  • Find, order, register for inventory, negotiate and sale online new products

Extra information

Qualifications and requirements:

  1. Student's degree in Business, Business Management, Finance & Economics, Marketing and Communications, Media, or related disciplines.
  2. Able to communicate in English professionally both at oral and written form. (French language is a +)
  3. Knowledge of E-commerce and design skills will be highly appriciated
  4. Comfortable managing multiple tasks on your own, while demonstrating excellent time - management and organizational skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment
