Remote Social Media Intern

Job Summary: Identify and connect with prospects, helping the company and its clients to excel with customer acquisition through social media. Work with sales management to select top categories for business development and to develop insights for each category. Social media Lead Gen Specialist is a Social media manager with the ability to generate leads, engagements organically as well as paid.

What are you going to do:

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and client generation through Social media queries.
  • Determine which accounts to pursue, through industry and customer research.
  • Pursue connections with a strategic, persistent, structured approach when messaging on social media.
  • Ensure sure handoff of each prospect to an AE.
  • Create Social media posts and schedule
  • Write excellent tailored ad copy on our marketing calendar for clients
  • Report and analyze on changes.
  • Use organic strategies to grow brand awareness.
  • Run audits and proposal for new prospects
  • Facebook/Linkedin Group management
  • Instagram Reels, Stories management
  • Work on international clients as and when required
  • Work on company social media
  • Work alongside interns and another team members
  • Create blog articles through Linkedin and for the website to post to social media.

 

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and social networking platforms
  • Strong client relationship-building skills
  • Ability to plan and organize, set priorities and multi task in a fast-paced environment
  • Independent, self-motivated, competitive, assertive
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Attention to details; high work standards
  • Understanding of market dynamics including demographics Stress tolerance especially with tight deadlines and financial pressures
  • Flexibility and creativity
  • Strong interpersonal skills

 

Work Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in Inside Sales with proven success preferred
  • 2+ years' experience in social media marketing

 

Education

  • 4-year college degree preferred, in a related field

 

Certifications

  • Social media marketing

 

Salary: No Salary, as work is from home and you will be trained by our international social media managers and director. After the internship, there might be a position for if success will lead to part-time work from home position.

4 months internship with a certificate of completion of our internship
