Utilising the latest technology and innovation, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our remote Contact Lens team, to provide virtual contact lens appointments to our customers.
If you are a GOC registered Contact Lens Optometrist looking for new ways to connect and engage with our customers and have a passion to provide total eye care solutions, this is the role for you.
What can you expect from the role?
You’ll work as part of a team providing specialist virtual advice and guidance on the best contact lenses available. A typical day will see you engaging and connecting with our customers online delivering the standards of service and expertise that sets us apart. You will tailor your service to suit each customer giving them a truly individual experience, whilst using the latest technology and video calling platforms.
Working closely with the operations team, this role will enable you to pilot and test new ways of working and enhanced technology in the market to ensure we are continuously improving the services we offer to our customers and colleagues.
