This well-regarded and an established financial institution are looking to expand their marketing division and have an exciting opportunity for a capable social media specialist to join their team. With the chance to lead across all social media content and social strategy this is a fantastic role in which to further develop your social media career further.

Key responsibilities of the role:
- To devise and lead on social media strategy for the brand, across all social media channels, ensuring they are appropriate, on brand, and can effectively engage with their target audience in the right way
- To ensure tone of voice is managed appropriately, with both professionalism but also with the ability to engage audiences effectively
- Ensure every piece of content, which is published, is optimised effectively
- Manage the organisation's community, ensuring discussions are managed and moderated accordingly
- Ensure effective reporting on social media performance, analysing results to share these internally but also to draw insight which can ensure improvement of future campaigns

Key skills required:
- To be considered for this role you MUST be able to demonstrate prior social media experience, from within a professional setting, within a financial, legal, b2b or regulated client sector
- You will, most likely, hold a Social Media Manager position currently and be looking for that next step in your social media career
- You must have a portfolio which demonstrates excellent copywriting skills
- You will understand SEO, the theory as well as the application through the use of SEO tools such as SEM Rush
- You will understand, and have experience of, analytical tools such as Google Analytics
- You will have strong knowledge of all social media channels including those for other markets such as WeChat
- Any experience of working across Asia markets would also be an advantage
- Overall you will be comfortable managing internal stakeholders, as well as develop effective relationships externally to support the brand positioning
