About The Role
We are currently looking for a dedicated individual to work alongside our National Sales Director. A passion for providing an exceptional level of support is essential and you must have a proactive approach to work, remaining professional and confidential always.
 
This role is office based at our Ashton-Under-Lyne location with the working hours being Monday - Friday.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Produce phase end performance reports highlighting areas of opportunity
  • Produce weekly showroom performance reports detailing individual showroom KPI performance
  • Produce weekly KPI reports for each showroom
  • Produce a weekly performance report detailing areas of opportunity and reasons
  • Identify underachieving showrooms and analyse KPIs that require attention
  • Produce a top 10 showroom weekly performance report detailing areas of excellence and best practice
  • Collate and analyse showroom management performance review data to identify areas of improvement
  • Analyse showroom order books and highlight performance concerns
  • Identify trends and highlight discrepancies between showrooms and areas
  • Produce retail labour turnover reports
  • Identify showrooms which require meetings/visits with the National Sales Director
  • Produce reports identifying designer performance in showrooms
  • Set up review meetings with Showroom Managers and Assistant Showroom Managers
  • Liaise and communicate with Retail Operations and relevant Head Office departments
About You
About you:
 
  • Excellent IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Access
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • An ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to understand data and analyse trends
  • Experience of sales reporting systems
