Remote Customer Service Consultants- RECRUITMENT

WORKING FROM HOME! The role involves contacting our applicants to establish if they meet the basic criteria to continue the recruitment process with us.

20 - 37 hours per week
£10.00 Per Hour

What are you going to do:

Main Duties:

  • Make outbound calls, contacting potential applicants
  • Pre-screen applicants and booking them in for interview
  • Follow our pre-screen process
  • To record all applicant contacts accurately
  • Treat all applicants fairly, professionally and within legislation and codes of practice
  • Work under the direction of the Recruitment Manager

YOU MUST HAVE ACCESS TO A PRIVATE COMPUTER AND INTERNET. 

8 HR SHIFT PATTERNS AS AGREED - TO INCLUDE EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS
