What are you going to do:
Main Duties:
- Make outbound calls, contacting potential applicants
- Pre-screen applicants and booking them in for interview
- Follow our pre-screen process
- To record all applicant contacts accurately
- Treat all applicants fairly, professionally and within legislation and codes of practice
- Work under the direction of the Recruitment Manager
