Part-Time Social Media and Sales Administrator - WFH

Do you have experience in marketing and sales, managing social media accounts and creating engaging posts/ writing Blogs , content responding to our growing companies online presence? If so then I have just the role for you!

What are you going to do:

I am recruiting for a Part-Time Social Media and Sales Administrator for our cosmetic manufacturer leading company based in the South East. This vacancy is due to continued growth within the business and the current team needing extra support with a busy year ahead. 

Key resposnsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Sales and Social Media managers and support with creating presentations via InDesign to win bids.
  • For sales you will be given target criteria and initial leads and then manage your own portfolio of clients.
  • You will use historical data to refine your strategy and deal criteria.
  • Writing engaging social media and website posts to create brand awareness.
  • Working with and communicating with other natural beauty industry blog writers.
  • You will be expected to provide full weekly reports.

What we ask:

  • At least finished college A levels
  • Have used Canva or a similar design tool
  • Willingness to research
  • Ability to work constructively independently

  • Experience posting great content on social media
  • A creative flare for design
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
  • Work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
