Change & Delivery Manager
I have a new opportunity for a Change & Delivery Manager to join a Norwich based business who are embarking on a significant period of business transformation.
Reporting directly to the Head Of IT, you will manage the Change team and take the lead on delivering the organisations exciting transformation programme. Taking ownership of the businesses book of work, specifically project delivery and software, you will shape delivery frameworks, help to further define project process and work closely with stakeholders (internal & external) to help enable effective change
In essence, this is a great chance for you to own the change process in its entirety ensuring that projects are delivered on time, change dependencies are managed and ultimately business value is achieved as early as possible.
To be successful you will need proven line management and software project management skills coupled with the ability to manage complex change. You will also be outcome focussed, have a good degree of commercial acumen and have excellent communication, skills.
