Billing and Customer Service Executive
Up to £21,000 (DOE)
A role is now available to work for a well established, growing organisation, who have an outstanding presence in the telecoms, datacomms and mobile comms market place. Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity is now available for a Billing and Customer Service Executive to join the team.
This is a customer service position where engagement and communication is key. You will be working to SLAs and budgets, giving general advice on the use of the product range and promoting additional sales.
A major element of the role will be working on the billing platform. You will be expected to work in a timely manner to assist in regularly updating information to ensure an accurate and timely bill run is provided each month to customers.
Within this role, you will be working with multiple internal and external teams and departments to help support, assist and facilitate a smooth customer experience.

Standard hours of work are 08.30am to 17:30pm Monday to Thursday & Friday 08:30am to 17:00pm
