Marketing / Sales / Admin & Customer Service (Freelance - Work From Home)

Gain hands-on real word experience of marketing, sales, communication and customer service. Manage a successful brand and deliver an excellent customer service.

What are you going to do:

The key duties include:

  • Performing necessary market research, product or service research and competitor analysis and reporting the same.
  • Handling customer queries over the phone and email and collecting customer orders and payments. Also, maintaining records of the same.
  • Communicating with key vendors and getting the orders processed and delivered on time.
  • Solving customer problems (if any), taking customer feedbacks and necessary actions (based on feedback) to ensure highest customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Assisting in social media marketing campaigns. 
  • Assisting the director in other marketing, sales, customer service and business development related tasks.
