What are you going to do:
The Main Responsibilities Include:
- Answer calls from our customers who will call in with a wide range of queries.
- Maintain accurate detailed customer records on our database.
- Influence internal and external suppliers to ensure that they are working within their T&C's.
- Build relationships with external suppliers.
