A Vanarama Pricing and Stock Administrator is required for 6 months on a fixed term contract. This role is required to accurately process and load vehicle stock units into our Stockviewer system and to update our inventory, as well as update and check our funder special offers to allow new vehicle pricing and orders to progress through our Customer Relationship Manager system (CRM).
The Pricing and Stock Administrator will be required to accurately process and load vehicle stock units into our Stockviewer system and to update our inventory, as well as update and check our funder special offers to allow new vehicle pricing and orders to progress through our Customer Relationship Manager system (CRM).
A particular focus will be on ensuring accuracy and speed in order that we support achieving the business delivery and new order targets and avoid rework and customer disappointment. You will be required to accurately process, and load new vehicle orders allocated to your work queue through the CRM.
You must be a proficient user of Word, Excel and Power Point with the ability to create and maintain appropriate documents & spread sheets. The ability to work under pressure is important, you must be highly organised and have a 'can do' attitude!

This role is for 6 months initially and is an additional role due to unprecendented sales volumes to help to support the team.
Hours of working are Monday to Thursday 8:30 to 5:30 and Friday 9:00 to 5:00.
This role would be expected to be based in our Hemel Hempstead office.
