We are looking for a Trainee recruitment consultant to join our branch in Leicester and are wanting to take you on a career journey where full training and support is given.
Recruitment is such a rewarding career, however you must be strong at overcoming obstacles and being able to prioritise your workload, due to spinning alot of plates.

You must have good sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build positive, long lasting relationships.

Essential skills/Experience:
* Strong sales / Business development experience
* Effective communication skills, written and spoken
* Calm under pressure, confident and enthusiastic
* Computer literate
* Full driving licence
