Are you an experienced Registered Nurse and seeking an exciting opportunity to work within a Nursing Rapid Response Team in Derby City?

The Service is to provide acute (short term) Nursing to patients in their own homes and Residential Care Home settings, to support self care, prevent hospital admissions and facilitate early discharge.
These new and exciting Nursing roles within the Rapid Response team will involve you, using your clinical and leadership skills in.
The service is based in the community 17.30–22.00, 7 days a week.
