As part of the Inside Success team based in London, you will be working by conducting Sales and Outreach duties around London.
Sales and Outreach Workers are the face of Inside Success and work alongside young people in the community to help maximise their potential.
Your main responsibilities in this role will be executing and increasing sales and creating a positive environment for your fellow team members to work in.
On a daily basis you will be working one-on-one with your colleagues, managing pitches and promoting good relations with the youth and members of the public in the community. As a member of a team of 5, you will need to be proactive, organised, and have a can do attitude.
In addition you will also be responsible for marketing Inside Success within the local area and forming strong networks within the local community.
You must be able to juggle and prioritise demands from different directions, hit targets and enjoy working outdoors.
A commitment and a genuine passion towards the social objectives of Inside Success is essential.
