Business Development Executive

We are now looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team in a newly created role of business development executive. Working closely with Tim, director and founder at Manta, and also the rest of the team, you will take responsibility for setting up, leading and following through with sales operations and logistics. You will form the backbone of the sales team in order to drive greater sales productivity, efficiency and post-sale customer service. You will provide a key link between sales and production, PR, marketing and technical staff. The right candidate will be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and become an ambassador for our brand.

What are you going to do:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all logistics efficiently, post-sale customer service. (Order processing, B2B and D2C)
  • Use of Xero, liaise with our fulfilment centres
  • Work closely with Amazon Vendor and Seller, QVC and managing retail and distributor clients proactively and interact regularly with them to build strong working relationships
  • Liaising and working closely with accounts and finance department
  • Maintaining sales records as required for each account
  • Work closely with PR, send out regular provided newsletters, promotions and marketing material to distributors and stockists
  • Co-ordinating new product launches with the team in all designated markets of responsibility
  • Maintaining constant market awareness and report regularly on all competitor activity in each market, including paralleling
  • Attending if needed International industry-related trade show attendance, in destinations such Paris and Milan to meet with prospective and current accounts
