The Holland & Barrett IT Group is looking for an experienced, positive, and agile-minded Product Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for driving our new online and in-store promotions tools that will leverage data science and machine learning. The Product Manager will create and own the promotions product roadmap and support its implementation on a daily basis.

Main Responsibilities:

• Gather feature requirements from internal stakeholders
• Write clear, concise, and complete epics and stories in Jira
• Groom story backlog and size the development effort involved
• Prioritize stories and help manage the team Kanban board
• Create and maintain a product roadmap
• Participate in standups, sprint demos, and retrospectives
• Validate new features with internal stake holders
• Contribute to Confluence knowledge bases used by development teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate effectively and efficiently with our global development teams
• Create weekly and monthly development progress reports

• A strong track record of releasing new products and features on time and within budget
• A background in eCommerce, ideally within a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience with advanced promotional analytics, tools, and techniques
• A Solid understanding of different Agile development methodologies
• Experience working with distributed development teams
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Slack
• An appreciation of good UX design and how it fits in an Agile process
• Familiarity with MongoDB, React, .NET, and AWS
• International marketing and advertising experience preferred
