Manufacturing Key Operative Celox - Thrapston in Bradford

Morrisons Manufacturing are recruiting for Celox Technician. In this role you will be working with product specification in order to meet finished product standards and allow the site to produce high quality products in a safe and efficient environment to deliver quality products to our customers. You will be responsible for the basic maintenance through to full asset care of machines, complete basic engineering tasks such as fault finding, maintenance of equipment, and development of optimum settings and continuously assess products and batches, identifying the most quality and cost effective approach for processing.

Reporting into the Team manager you will:

• Monitor and report on operational outputs such as waste and yield, making machine and product changes to meet operational requirements
• Use and analyse data to make decisions about machine operation
  
• Plan daily activity and processes in line with operational requirements and batch delivery
  
• Build relationships with key internal stakeholders across the site
  
• Understand the seasonal changes of product and the field to fork process
  
• Ensure equipment and areas are in good working condition and clean
  
• Adhere to specifications and escalate breaches or concerns where appropriate
  
• Ensure KPI performance is met by minimising changeovers and maximising efficiency
  
• Maintain Oracle system compliance along with updating and maintaining growers’ performance database
  
• Work flexibly to support all areas of the business where required to ensure service levels are met
  
• Working in an office environment with the requirement to be in production areas with varying temperatures of approx. 8 degrees and below
