About The Role
We're recruiting for Machine Operatives for our busy manufacturing site. In this role you will play a huge part in maintaining the machines to ensure quality products in a safe, efficient, and hygienic environment for our customers. It's fast paced, high volume and extremely demanding. You don't have to have experience, as we will provide you with full training, but what we do look for is a can do attitude with the willingness to learn new skills.

Reporting into a Team Manager you will:
  • Use trained skills to physically build up machines on multiple production lines
  • Conduct system set up and calibration- Running the production line and ensuring orders are met
  • Completing compliance paperwork as well as general cleaning and housekeeping
  • Complete tasks efficiently in order to reduce waste and downtime
  • Comply with company policy including Health and Safety, Security, Hygiene & cleaning schedules and product specifications
  • Work flexibly to support all areas of the business where required to ensure service levels are met

About You
As well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment you will:
  • Comply with all policies such as Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
  • Be able to work flexibly and as part of a team as well as working under pressure
  • Having Food Safety Level 2 would be desirable
  • Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment producing quality and safe products for our customers
  • Be open to working in a production environment with varying temperatures of approx. 8 degrees and below
