We need you!

We are looking for an ambitious Operations Intern to join our team in London. The UK business is in the process of moving all operations over from Germany to the UK. We are implementing a new ERP system and will shortly be integrating with a new 3PL to manage our fulfilment locally. You'll be responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Manager with a number of daily tasks relating to these two projects.


You’ll be working on: 

  • ERP Implementation: You will be assisting with the implementation and integration of our new ERP to both the 3PL and the webshop, to ensure a smooth setup and continued flow of operations. You will be asked to collate internal data and information relevant to the implementation and share with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Warehouse: You will be hands on in the warehouse during the onboarding and go-live of the new warehouse, ensuring a smooth changeover period.
  • Supply Chain Operations: You will be asked to assist with all supply chain ad-hoc tasks, for example checking stock levels, collating information for the sales team.

  • Ability to think analytically and out the box
  • A team player with great interpersonal and communication skills and happy to be hands on whenever needed
