What will you be doing?

With your professional phone manner and excellent communication, you will be the front-line voice of Anglian Water dealing with a wide range of different phone calls from our customers. You will be making inbound calls and possibly making some outbound calls as well.

What do you need?

You don't need to have worked in a contact centre before; you just need to have a willingness to learn, excellent communication and a strong desire to do the right thing for our customers every time.

In return, we'll provide a thorough training package to support you in dealing with our customers confidently.

You won't be alone! As well as joining as part of a group, you will also have extensive mentoring to ensure you have the support you need whilst you learn how to provide an outstanding service to our customers.

· Can work well to targets in a busy work environment and manage their time well

Where will I work?

Currently, we are offering our employees the chance to be able to work from home! This isn't mandatory but you will be given the choice. There are requirements that you need to have to work from home, such as a working Landline, but Anglian Water will provide you with your equipment.

We do however require our advisors to be based at Enterprise House in Lincoln and complete their initial training period in our office so we can best support you to provide the outstanding customer service we are known for.

What hours will I work?

We have a great choice of a variety of shift patterns throughout the window of our opening hours (Monday-Friday 8am-8pm , Saturday 8am-4pm, Sunday 10am-4pm) to fit with your lifestyle, this can include annualised working (this means you will work different hours each week but this averages at 37 hours a week over time), split shifts, late shifts, and rotating patterns of variable hours including weekdays only and weekdays and weekends. Bank holiday working will be required as part of the shift patterns.

As part of your application you can place your preferences for what shift patterns you would like but these preferences will be discussed upon a successful application.

Starting salary £19,380 per annum with increases dependent upon successful performance reviews
