Customer Service Advisor - Exeter
• 35 hours per week - Mon-Fri
• 24 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Baker Snell are working with an award-winning organisation looking to appoint a Customer Service Advisor - New Business- to join their growing company. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and have experience working in a professional service background this could be the opportunity for you to join a progressive business.

Duties include:
• Working in New Business Team processing applications
• Handling incoming queries on a first call resolution basis
• Delivering first-class customer experience
• Liaising with customers and supporting intermediaries

About you:
• Previous experience working in a very busy customer service environment
• Enjoy dealing with varied queries
• Empathetic with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport
• A team player happy working with others
• Minimum of 4 GCSE’s or equivalent including grade A*-C in English and Maths
