Your role will be to achieve local community and marketing objectives and targets - online and offline.

Job Description

You will be a confident, independent person who is happy to go out into the community to meet new people and talk to groups. You will be someone who is enthusiastic to promote the Home Instead brand and share information in a face to face environment. You will be looking to work in a people-facing role and further develop your experience in Networking and Marketing.

You will be a highly organised individual and enjoy seeing things through from start to finish whilst also being capable of managing your own workload.

You will be part of a small, close-knit team who are extremely passionate about what they do.

The Role
  • Strong knowledge and ability in managing the online marketing & social media channels
  • To build solid and lasting relationships within the community with the view to give more visibility of Home Instead, our mission, who we are, what we do and why we are different
  • Research and attend local community events to deliver and present our Home Instead educational talks
  • Approach new organisations to promote Home Instead services
  • Create content for website, document client stories, write newsletters and post online
  • To be able to plan and implement networking campaigns
  • Responsible for all adverts, marketing campaigns and materials
  • Manage the annual marketing calendar
  • Maintain accurate and up to date networking databases and referral files
Qualifications

Person Spec
  • Social media knowledge
  • Must have experience dealing with people and building solid relationships
  • Passionate about high standards of service
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Resilient, confident and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Happy working both independently and as part of a team

Skills & Requirements
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English language
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C including Maths and English
  • Full driving license and access to their own vehicle
  • UK Work Permit

Salary range:-

£20K to £22K pa. (doe)
